Unlike technical analysis, the techniques used in fundamental analysis are always fluctuating simply because market news and world events are always changing.

All types of traders of traders can utilize fundamental analysis. Although it plays a key role in predicting stock market movements, fundamental analysis takes more of a back seat when it comes to Forex. While it is utilized daily by traders of all skill levels, fundamental analysis is most effectively used by experienced traders who understand the how certain market and political events may impact a currency's value. Some events in fundamental analysis can be fairly easy to interpret, while others can be more difficult and abstract. Generally business news is easier to interpret than political news because it has more direct effects on the market.

The short answer is yes, but it's not that simple. Anyone can succeed in Forex by using fundamental analysis, but most people fail to realize how much hard work it takes to accurately predict market movements based on news & fundamentals. It takes a great deal of experience, and analytical ability to be able to trade successfully based on fundamental analysis. It's also very important to know which sites offer the best market news, so that you can use your time wisely and go right to the place with the best information.
